Teldio Indoor and Outdoor Positioning

GIPS Indoor & Outdoor Positioning System is a software application that utilizes both Bluetooth technology and standard GPS to monitor and track the location of employees throughout corporate facilities and compounds. Bluetooth beacons are strategically placed throughout indoor facilities, while GPS geo-fencing is used to monitor outdoor areas.

By combining these two technologies, staff can be safeguarded no matter where they are located. Should a worker be in distress, GIPS can be used in conjunction with ACS to receive & dispatch personal safety alarms to response teams (including the last known location of the worker).

    During emergencies, GIPS can keep supervisors, administrators and co-workers informed of employees and other important assets location. When paired with ACS application, MDN andCLW, GIPS ensures the response team is given the distressed employees location. Also, supervisors can contact the individuals nearest to the incident so immediate action can be taken, thus decreasing emergency response times.

When MDN orCLW is activated, GIPS tracks and displays their location indoors or outdoors keeping you more aware of the situation and better able to respond in an emergency situation.

When paired with ACS, response teams are automatically dispatched the distressed employee’s location which increases workplace efficiency and significantly reduces response times.
